Literally the worst car wash i’ve been to. There was still bird poop on the car and not like a little spec either. Also the vacuum suction was horrible. Only came here cause i had a coupon for a free wash. don’t waste your money.

I give 3 stars only for the good customer service. However the fact the vacuums cut off while you're using them is AWFUL. I was wore out having to push the button for the vacuums 8 times!!

This was my first time going to this car wash. The attendant was very considerate and respectful. He said hello to everyone in my truck not just me. My autistic son thought that was very cool. I selected my wash and handed my credit card over. The attendant said hello was having issues with the card reader so I said I would pay with cash. He told me he couldn’t take my money and the wash was on the house because it was their error. I got a free wash, but they gained a loyal paying customer. The professionalism and customer service from that first experience is rarely seen nowadays. Also, my truck was nicely washed. The process was seamless and so easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great customer and a good car wash.

My dog carrier belt got stuck in the vacuum ( good suction) and the staff from today’s register at the entrance came out and assisted me ( got the clip belt out) and gifted me a cold bottle of water and a treat for my dog! It was great customer service!

Incident Date: April 24, 2025 Location: [ tommmy's carwash trimmer rd killeen tx, 76543] Police Report #: 25054788 Save yourself the hassle — just go five minutes down the road to another car wash. On April 24, 2025, I brought my pickup in for a wash. During the process, the garage door was closed on the truck, causing visible vertical scratches and chips across the top of the tailgate. The damage was significant and clearly not from normal wear or loading cargo. Employees on site, including one named Brad, admitted hearing a loud “pop” or “thud” during the incident. Another employee, DK Lilly, initially stated he was on break inside a car at the time, but later denied involvement. Despite this, the company has refused to take responsibility for the damage. I’ve already filed a police report (Report #25054788) and submitted a claim to my insurance provider. The repair estimate has been prepared. My insurance advised that the business could simply pay my deductible to resolve the matter — yet they continue to deny any liability. To make things worse, after I told the manager multiple times I no longer wanted to speak with him, employees began following me around the property, tr
